Getting started

  1. Install Memoroll Booth from Google Play on an Android phone or tablet.
  2. In the dashboard, open Devices and pair a new photo booth. Enter the code it shows in the app.
  3. Connect a printer in the app under Photo booth controls → Printer: a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer, or a Wi-Fi photo printer.
  4. Create an event, choose a strip template, then pick the event on the photo booth.

Common questions

The photo booth shows as offline

Check the device is on Wi-Fi or mobile data and the Memoroll Booth app is open. It checks in every minute. If it stays offline, open Photo booth controls → Connection on the device.

Nothing prints

Make sure the printer is on, has paper, and is connected under Photo booth controls → Printer. Then run a test print from there. Wi-Fi photo printers must be on the same network as the photo booth.

Is there an iPhone or iPad version?

The photo booth app runs on Android today and an iOS version is on the way. The dashboard works in any browser, on any device.

How long can guests see their photos?

For the time set on each event under Guest photos: 48 hours by default, up to 30 days on Pro and 90 days on Business and Enterprise. It counts from each guest’s session, and then the photos are deleted. An event can also hold the photos until you press Release; guests leave their email on the photo page and get the photos then. You can download an event’s photos from the dashboard until they’re deleted.

Plans and billing

Change your plan in the dashboard under Billing. To cancel, email us from the business owner’s address and we’ll stop the next renewal. Prints are unlimited on every plan.
