You can delete your Memoroll account and all of your business’s data at any time. The Memoroll Booth app has no separate account: it signs in by pairing with your dashboard business, so deleting the business also disconnects every paired photo booth.

If you own the business

1. Sign in at memoroll.my/dashboard.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
3. Choose Delete business, type the business name to confirm, and delete.

This deletes the business straight away, together with every team member’s account in it.

If you’re a team member

Ask your business owner to remove you under Settings → Team members, or email us using the steps below.

Ask us by email

If you can’t sign in, or you would rather we do it, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Memoroll account”. Tell us the business name. We confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account and every team member’s account: names, email addresses, passwords and sign-in sessions.
• Business settings, including business details, logo, support contact and payout bank details.
• Events, strip templates, welcome screens, prices and session statistics.
• Paired photo booths and their device records. Each one is signed out of the workspace.
• Files you uploaded, such as logos, strip designs and welcome screen photos and videos. These are removed from our file storage within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

• Guest photos are kept only for the time set on each event (48 hours unless the business chose otherwise, never more than 90 days after a session). They are deleted automatically, whether or not you delete your account.
• Backups may still contain your data for up to 8 weeks, until they are replaced.
• Security records of sign-ins and staff actions may be kept to protect the service and meet legal obligations.
• Billing records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

Guests: removing your photos

Guests don’t have accounts. Your photos are deleted when your photo link expires: 48 hours after your session unless the business chose a longer time for the event, never more than 90 days. To have them removed sooner, email [email protected] with the link from your strip’s QR code.
